I would give the bed a 12! It was like sleeping on a cloud. The room, and the whole facility, was exceptionally clean. The facility honored my request for all bedding to be newly laundered and no perfumes in the room due to my allergies and I had not one sneeze or wheeze while there. The room appeared to be recently remodeled and everything was in good repair. There were plenty of outlets and USB connections. The tea and coffee supplied in the room was of very good quality. The breakfast was much more diverse (and yummy!) than I expected. There was also coffee and tea available 24/7 in the dining room.

The included breakfast was quite good--especially the oatmeal bar with 8 different topping choices. We've stayed here before when visiting relatives in Beaverton. The location is close to their house, and just about 15 min from downtown Portland.
